What inspired you to start this organization: The problem of students selecting a career due to parental and peer influence, which leads to ill-informed career decisions.
What is the next big step you hope to help your organization reach? To create a PAN India presence along with reach in Middle East market and concurrently also launch more innovative assessment tools which will help students in effective career planning.
What has been your biggest obstacle as an entrepreneur? To create an awareness about the importance of career planning among India parents and also to hire the right talent who is passionate about this space.
What advice would you give other emerging entrepreneurs ? Start as quickly as possible, learn from your mistakes, pivot and grow. And when you raise funds, spend it wisely to achieve your business economics.
