Brief Description of Organization: Remote Interview helps businesses find technical talent without even looking at their resumes. Our technology saves 75–80% of the time companies spent during hiring because we completely automate and simplify the screening process for both companies and candidates.

What inspired you to start this organization? On average, companies spend more than 200 hours and $20K just to hire one programmer. We faced the same issue in my last business so we decided to solve this problem!

What is the next big step you hope to help your organization reach? Our mission is to change the way companies hire engineers. Instead of wasting time on resumes or CVs, we want them to focus on technical skills without any biases.

What has been your biggest obstacle as an entrepreneur? We sell to enterprise, but our founding team had no background in enterprise selling because we were all engineers. It was a challenge initially but we managed to learn with the support of the amazing community in Silicon Valley!

What advice would you give other emerging entrepreneurs? Fail and fail again until you succeed. That’s the only way.
