Zoran Nasteski, Founder and CEO of Inception Enterprises

ABOUT OUR ORGANIZATION: Inception Enterprises is a Human Resources business venture focused on digital innovation and talent management. Our staff and the many talented professionals in our database are the driving forces of our enterprise. Our company merges talent, inventiveness and hard work in order to create benefits for the staff we provide and the clients we serve. Our policy as a company is to support our talent in an open-minded, flexible, demanding and supportive manner in order to release their full potential. Our services broadly range from web to video, art, and digital design worldwide via the internet.

We plan to launch WEBLaborate later this year, a cloud platform that allows our talent to collaborate on social and business projects, managed by small businesses and professionals and at the same time allow clients to outsource digital projects and engage talents in employment.

WHAT INSPIRED ME: When I first graduated from film school, my goals were to become good at what I do and to do what I love. Film and arts were my passion, but finding a job was very hard considering the fact I didn’t have the experience and I lacked the right connections. This was a blocking point for my career. However, the hardships I have been through inspired me to start Youth4Love with a goal to motivate young people to connect by participating in social activities and projects. Through this organisation I had the chance to directly work with many young people and to learn about the problems they face. Shortly after, we launched the world campaign Free Hugs through which we mobilized over 5000 volunteers and executed over 150 youth and social projects.

Later, I developed this idea creating co-working space where people can collaborate and contribute in a way that everyone will benefit, including the business and civil sector. I was 29 years old when I launched my business — Inception Enterprise, Digital Talent Company with a vision to help people and businesses interact digitally.

My inspiration comes from the potential in every single one of us, the potential that people possess to change things through collaboration. That’s why I started Inception Enterprises, to motivate people to a certain point and to create equal opportunities for everyone by using technology.

THE NEXT BIG STEP: The problem of talented people finding ways to connect with companies that can benefit from their skills and ideas is not only local. In order to address this, our next big step is the innovative cloud platform, developed in a way that will help business and talent collaborate internationally. The idea is to delete boundaries by creating solutions for online talent needs, build an online community and digital web tools that will help develop skills, gain knowledge, share experiences, promote work opportunities and collaboration on an international level.

MY BIGGEST OBSTACLE AS AN ENTREPRENEUR: Many people dream of starting their own business but I think success or failure only depends of our mindset. Every journey through entrepreneurship has highs and lows, and at times it can be hard to stay positive, but you have to stay strong and believe in your vision. Everyone may also have a problem with the issue of the “right time” to start. Well, there is no right time, if you have optimal resources and clear vision, go for it! You can only fail when you stop trying.

As a committed entrepreneur, “We either win, or we learn. We never lose.”

MY ADVICE TO EMERGING ENTREPRENEURS: A good entrepreneur should never think in first person singular. A good business idea is never about the creator, but about the people who will benefit from the idea. It is not about what I CAN DO with this idea —i.e. the rush of making money — but should be about what I CAN DO FOR YOU! How can a common person benefit from my product or service? How can I make more people say — I NEED this! Even more, I WANT this!

By making more people say this about your product or service, you create demand which makes you attractive to venture capitalists and gives you opportunities to progress and develop even more, of course!
