Overview of Organization: My journey started in June 2000 training women to get basic education, basic Computer for communication, business formalization, products promotion, products marketing, exhibiting products in front of buyers locally and internationally. When I finished training 800+ women I organized an exhibition with the products of women and that was the first time in Bangladesh. People from all spheres of life including Embassies, foreign Organizations, local Organizations, Trade bodies, Financial institutions and hundreds of buyers visited the show. We were simply puzzled to see this and that encouraged me a lot. With the help of Swiss Embassy I accompanied 12 women to Geneva to participate Ema Invest 2001, there also we got excellent response after displaying our products and one of our participants got 50000$ investment for her project and this is the start………. After that till date we have organized exhibitions, business networking sessions, workshops, seminars locally and internationally including UK, USA, Turkey, Canada, Switzerland, Italy, S Africa, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Nepal, Georgia, Germany, France, Bhutan, China, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Thailand, and many more Countries. Every where we got excellent results, warm welcome and our women are being empowered with their sell , order and finance flow. Their families are enjoying improved life styles, children going to school, having health check up and moreover they are employing other women . So with one woman 100s of women are working.

Women themselves set up a care center for their children when they need to work longer period for any big order from Customer. Since they work in groups, they keep their children together in same place. Besides we work on climate challenge. In the initial stage we have started working on Roof top gardening , for urban women we have trained and created awareness how important to have plants or roof top garden to balance oxygen level specially where there is very little space for gardening. So far we have almost 20 rooftop garden where they have almost all seasonal vegetables, fruits, flowers , medicinal plants etc. We are distributing diabetic plants free of charge.

So far we have trained app.10000+ women and more than 50,000 women are our beneficiary directly or through other trained women. More than 30 women are sustaining with their own business, we have created 100 women leaders. Starting my job in 2000 I have learnt that success is a continuous process and struggle and challenges are the most important ingredients in this life. We have dreams and plans to train 1000000 women in ICT and train them to be successful entrepreneurs with their sustainable business , we want to create a national network in 64 districts of Bangladesh where women will get their market place, their place of contact to communicate through the Country, get all information concerning their business, finance, health, rights, trade alerts and be a part of great network. To fulfill our dreams we need investment, collaboration, technology and support from all concerned. I want to work harder with honesty , dedication, innovation , challenges in order to help more women to get a sustainable and peaceful society. I want to work work and work relentless to change the world of our underprivileged women.
