This is the English version of the original post about #laEducacionNoPara (education doesn’t stop) some resources shared change according to the language.

Local governments around the globe have closed borders and banned conglomerations of people, while public and private schools and colleges have closed their doors leaving students locked in their homes with poor access to education. For instance, in Colombia, only 4% of schools have access to virtual education and those who do have access are not prepared to take on this challenge.

This is why we’ve created a list of different curated resources to promote education even when students are at home, education doesn’t stop for us.

Webinars

We want to break down the barriers and shorten the valleys that separate us from taking education everywhere and even more in times of crisis, for this reason, we make available to all these Webinars which prove that education doesn’t stop.

Teaching Special Education Online During COVID-19

In this webinar, veteran online instructors help identify steps to move online and strategies for adapting the lessons already in motion to this new format. They will share a distilled set of simple, impactful tips as well as resources and tools available to you during the transition.

Recommendations for remote learning and teaching (Spanish)

Linkedin — How to work remotely

It makes available to all the public a very good learning path for free, composed of 17 online courses to learn how to work and learn at home.

Domestika #StayAtHome

The site to learn about creativity gives us a series of free courses to get through these difficult times.

Plus Acumen — Acumen Academy

Acumen’s online educational platform whereby they give us several paid and unpaid courses to gain the skills and moral imagination necessary to lead in the 21st century.
