This article will look into what makes toxic people behave like they do and the ways they try to control us. Understanding the toxic person’s mindset can help us spot them, deal with them, and safeguard our well-being.

What Is a Toxic Person?

In human relationships, toxic individuals can do a lot of harm. They are often emotionally abusive or use manipulation. They lack empathy and can make others’ lives very difficult.

Identifying the Signs

Spotting a toxic person is hard because they’re sneaky. But, there are red flags to look for. These include ongoing emotional abuse, constant criticizing, and dodging responsibility. They also like to control others through manipulation and use.

Toxic people really stand out for their lack of empathy. They don’t understand or care about how others feel. Instead, they push their own needs and wants without regard for others. This can lead to ignoring or even using others.
