Celebrating the Flourish Prizes (June 2015, NYC)
The Flourish Prizes are a student-driven initiative at management schools globally using the UN’s new Sustainable Development Goals as a lens to discover and report on radical innovations. The stories will become nominations for the inaugural Flourish Prizes to be awarded in 2017.
On 24 June 2015, the GRLI together with business students and professors from 19 countries, gathered in New York City for the launch of the Flourish Prizes for Business as an Agent of World Benefit.
This new global learning platform and prizing initiative for business innovations was formally affirmed on June 25 2015 by the UN 2015 Global Forum for Responsible Management Education community of supporters, which includes 580 signatory schools globally and other business school networks.
The Flourish Prizes are included in the New York Outcomes Declaration issued at the conclusion of the 2015 Global Forum to support management educators in their key role in developing future leaders and helping to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
