What would a Responsible MBA (RMBA) program entail?

Imagine Education focused on what matters: achieving the highest quality of life on our precious planet. Education that provides the skills that you need to become a great, successful and fulfilled human-being, and that also lets you decide what that means. More modular and unbundled education that fits the needs of all stakeholders. Education that learners love, employers love, citizens love, that innovative business schools love. In short, that everybody loves!

The 50+20 agenda has recognized the need to chart an entirely new course for management education by proposing something revolutionary, daring and altogether new and different.

As a first step we will co-design an innovative Responsible MBA (RMBA) program to allow lifelong learners (previously called students) to decide WHAT they want to focus their studies on, WHERE they want to show up for a course, WHEN they can best make time for one or more modules and HOW they can best learn based on their objectives, strengths and passions. Read more about it here.

Question 1: What do you think participants of this RMBA should absolutely focus their learning on?

Question 2: What should be the irresistible skills and competencies that employers will want to see in graduates from this program?

Question 3: What would you think our earth and our society would want to see in the RMBA program?
