Last Tuesday, February 19th we had our third GST event in Manila. This time we had a pretty big turnout and had a discussion on tech ecosystems of South East Asia. And also on Blockchain user cases and regulatory ecosystem in the region. Thanks to TechShake, Emerson Fonseca from NEM Philippines, Jaime E.Y. Gonzalez from EOS Philippines and ASPACE Philippines. Check out the summary written by UNBlock about the discussion and presentations at the event.

The technology community in Manila has just been steadily growing and we definitely see increased excitement and willingness to learn more about how to scale up and going global in South East Asia and beyond. The blockchain ecosystem is also evolving and more companies are starting to create more interesting use cases with the technology.

The photo above was from our second event in Manila in 2018 at QBO was the second time we had our event in Manila. That time we had an interesting discussion with Navin Donapan director of MOX Accelerator and Mario Berta of FlySpaces. We had a deep discussion on the Filipino tech ecosystem and South East Asia as a whole. Check out our video interview.

And finally, the photo below is the first event I organized in collaboration with QBO and gave a presentation on many tech ecosystems I have traveled to. I am convinced that the Philippines has one of the most vibrant and exciting tech ecosystems in South East Asia surely. Looking forward to organizing more GST events in Manila. Our next GST event will be in HCMC Vietnam on the 7th of March. Check out the details here http://bit.ly/2VaPsir
