How Existing GX Customers Need To Upgrade Their Account For I.C.E

Along with our server upgrades the past two days, we took that time to incorporate I.C.E with GXNitrous.

All existing customers/brokers get 12 months of free access to I.C.E.

So how do you upgrade?

Step 1: Go to GXNitrous.com

Introducing I.C.E (Upgrade page)

Please make sure you are going to GXNitrous.com and NOT www.GXNitrous.com

Step 2: Enter your registered email address

Enter email address here

Then click SUBMIT.

Step 3: Enter 4 digit confirmation code

You will be taken to this page, where it asks you to enter a 4 digit confirmation code that has been sent to your registered email address.

This is what the email looks like:

Enter the code and press VERIFY

Step 4: Choose a new password

Upon pressing VERIFY, you will be taken to this page, which is where you chose your new password.

You must put

1. Your CURRENT GXNitrous password

2. Your NEW GXNitrous password

3. Your NEW GXNitrous password again to verify

Your password must meet our security requirements, shown below:

Press CHANGE PASSWORD once all password requirements have been met.

Step 5: Congratulations! You have successfully ICED out your account.

Your account has now been ICED out. Now it’s time to go to GXNitrous.

Step 6: GXNitrous login

Pressing Initiate Nitrous will direct you to app.globalxchange.com, a page you should be very familiar with.

You can now successfully access your GXNitrous account.
