GLOBCOIN, member of the Crypto Valley Association

“Crypto Valley” has become the nickname for the canton of Zug, in Switzerland. This region has become the epicenter of many fintech startups and companies thanks to the crypto-friendly regulations and business environment. Zug also happens to be the home of GLOBCOIN.

The Crypto Valley Association was formed in 2017 as an independent association. As they’re focused on developing the world’s best ecosystem for blockchain and other cryptographic technologies and businesses, we couldn’t be more proud to take part in their ambitious mission, but we are also very pleased to welcome them into the GLOBCOIN project.

Why is this important?

Crypto Valley is quickly becoming the global center for emerging cryptographic, blockchain and other distributed ledger technologies. It has already attracted dozens of leading cryptographic companies and organizations, including Ethereum, Monetas, Bitcoin Suisse, Xapo, ShapeShift, ConsenSys and Tezos.

Although it is centered in and around Zug, the Association has active connections to international centers of blockchain innovation in London, Singapore, Silicon Valley and New York. The founding members included Bitcoin Suisse, Bussmann Advisory, iprotus, Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Luxoft, Monetas, and Thomson Reuters.

For all this, we are happy to take the Crypto Valley as our home and The Crypto Valley Association as our ally. They support and connect startups and established enterprises like ours through policy recommendations, projects across verticals, research, conferences, hackathons, and other industry events.

Crypto Finance Conference

The Crypto Finance Conference to be held in January 2018 in St. Moritz, Switzerland, is the “World’s first and largest investor conference on cryptocurrencies and blockchain investments”. It will bring together both private and institutional investors and the leading providers of the crypto & blockchain universe.
