We are happy to take the Crypto Valley as our home and Crypto Valley Association as our ally. They formed in 2017 as an independent association, focused on developing the world’s best ecosystem for blockchain and other cryptographic technologies and businesses. They support and connect startups and established enterprises like ours through policy recommendations, projects across verticals, research, conferences, hackathons, and other industry events.
OptimInvest
Globcoin’s CEO Hélie d’Hautefort also founded OptimInvest (formerly Overlay Asset Management) as a company that would specialise solely in currency management for third parties. During a successful 10 years’ partnership with BNP Paribas, assets managed reached USD 22 billion, ranking the company in the top 5 world’s leading currency managers. In 2012 key members of the management team decided to move back to Geneva and take full advantage of new technologies for an innovative currency management service. They launched the first basket of currencies as the “Wealth Preservation Currency Basket” to protect large clients in a globalized economy.

GLOBCOIN Ltd is a sister company registered in the UK offering since June 2016 the GLOBCOIN® Multi-currency Saving Account and the GLOBCOIN Multi-currency Prepaid MasterCard to clients in the SEPA region (Western Europe). The GLOBCOIN Card provides market-leading pricing and technology, wrapped in an easy-to-use app suitable for all types of customers — expats, business travelers, tourists and global nomads. The GLOBCOIN team is working hand in hand with the New York Consultancy firm BlockTheory, specialized in Blockchain business development and marketing. Their passion is “to bring extraordinary ideas to market”, something we can relate to very well. Their experience and background are valuable for the Globcoin’s global marketing strategy.
GRcurrency
Affiliated to the currency strategy manager OptimInvest, GRcurrency is the website for the Global Reserve Currency Index (GRCI), cornerstone of the GLX payment token.
Lykke
Lykke was the first chosen Exchange for GLOBCOIN. Lykke is a FinTech company based in Zurich that has launched the first global marketplace for all asset classes and instruments. The Lykke Exchange as well as all its tools and services are open source and have a very transparent technology. Lykke has a high reputation in the industry for their seriousness and professionalism.

Yoti is the KYC (“Know your customer”) & AML (Anti-money-laundering) provider for Globcoin. Yoti is the new way to prove your identity: with them, you encrypt your ID and share less data.
Confirm
The Coinfirm platform provides an easy to use e-AML solution with valuable structured data that puts entities on the safe side in terms of regulatory and fraud risk. With Coinfirm, Globcoin manages carefully the fraud risk of account and contract wallets using GCP and/or GLX.
