I will be honest–I don’t like hostels that much. Never have. I am just a middle-aged dude who wants some privacy. However, I still stay at hostels when I pass through a city or if there are no reasonable alternatives (hopefully, it doesn’t make me a hypocrite–perhaps, a rational traveler?).
