Hope you are doing well, wherever you are!
Currently I’m enjoying the hustle and bustle of London but admittedly suffering from a good bit of travel burnout. Looking forward to parking it up for a while here soon!
Catching up on reading this past weekend, this line from Rhonda Carrier in her story about Portuguese blue tile caught my eye.
“We are all part of a writing community” …in the sense that we can all derive inspiration and ideas from one another to apply to our own writing.
Loves this… and we can all easily support each other as well through reads and meaningful engagement.
Occasionally we editors get comments about the varying quality of stories on Globetrotters — comments about how a story could have been better or something could have been improved upon. While we do indeed feature many high-quality stories by skilled writers, many of which get boosted, it’s also important to remember that Medium is still an open platform where anyone can write and publish.
