Life Is An Adventure to Be Lived
So go live it!
In just a couple of days, I’m setting off on a new adventure.
I’ll be going to a part of the world I haven’t explored yet (the UK—Scotland, to be exact) to live and work for the next few months.
I’ve grown to love doing things like this, just because.
Why not?
What do I have to lose?
This is how I’ve always viewed travel—and my life, in general.
I’m one of those people who views life itself as an adventure to be lived.
I think there’s much to be gained from exploring new horizons, meeting new people, and experiencing a culture that’s different from the one you were raised in.
You get to see how other people live and what’s considered “normal” there. You get to witness different lifestyles and ways of thinking. It takes you out of the little bubble you’re normally in and exposes you to a whole other world in terms of culture, customs, food, language, and even climate and landscape.
I’ve found it fascinating to realize that my world, while sometimes all-consuming, is really just a drop in the ocean. My life, along with all my perceived problems, thoughts, beliefs, challenges, etc., are a very small piece of a massive puzzle. And for me…
