I’m thrilled to share with my readers that my new book, Mature Flâneur in New Zealand: Slow Travels in the Land of the Kiwi, has been published this week. Woo Hoo! This is book number 12 for me, and I have to say, the thrill never gets old. It’s also the first of my books that includes a color photo section, because I was able to convince my publishing company that New Zealand is so damn photogenic, some of 100 plus photos in the book deserved to be in color.
What’s the book about? When Teresa (my beloved spouse) and I finally had the opportunity to visit New Zealand in 2023, we wanted to make the absolute most of it. A NZ tourist visa lasts 90 days, so we decided to rent an electric car and travel up and down the country for the whole three months.
