Prague Castle is a historic castle complex in Prague. It is a major landmark and draws millions of tourists annually. It is deeply rooted in Czech history, serving as a power center for ages. Founded in the 9th century by Prince Bořivoj of the Premyslid dynasty, it is among the world’s oldest continuously inhabited castles. With different rulers and styles, it grew over time, featuring a mix of Gothic, Romanesque, Baroque, and Renaissance elements.

The castle complex covers a vast area, making it one of the largest castles in the world. It includes various buildings, courtyards, gardens, and religious structures. Some of the prominent buildings within the castle are St. Vitus Cathedral, Old Royal Palace, St. George’s Basilica, Golden Lane, and the Daliborka Tower, among others.
