Hello fellow Globetrotters!

So glad you could stop by and welcome to our travel writing community!

We are a group of ordinary yet extraordinary travel lovers sharing our experiences of exploring the world with the world.

Here at Globetrotters, we publish first-person travel narratives. We want to read and publish your thought-provoking stories of traipsing the globe that can’t be told by anyone else but you. A great travel story can do many things β€” it may help us learn, experience something new, laugh, cry, empathize, increase our understanding of both ourselves and the world around us or it may simply be interesting, entertaining and/or engaging.

In general, we do not publish guides, travel tips, listicles or third-person stories. Many of these, honestly, tend to be rather dry and boring, and guides/travel tips for all kinds of places can be found online these days. (Also, we were having a lot of issues with writers merely researching stuff online and tacking on a couple of photos without having much, if any, direct knowledge of a place.)
