Our Data Team is like a group of peaceful bears working together to tackle complex problems. We’re a bunch of data nerds who thrive on challenging logical puzzles.
Despite sometimes working on the same assignments with similar outcomes, we foster a culture of knowledge sharing. When one of us feels overwhelmed with tasks, we always have each other’s backs, providing support to keep the task on track.

- Data Transformation: We transform data in BigQuery using the DBT service.

Our team doesn’t strictly adhere to a particular framework, but we follow the standard data analytics process, which includes:

An excellent example of our data-driven approach’s impact is the “Coach Resources Monitoring Dashboard.” In our quest to find the equilibrium point between student demand and teacher supply, we transitioned from intuition-based teacher recruitment to data-driven decision-making. We collected and analyzed data, focusing on factors affecting the number of classes. The result was a resource monitoring dashboard that forecasts future class demand. Using historical data, we estimated the number of classes likely to happen, enhancing resource allocation.
