Freeholder Director Robert M. Damminger and Freeholder Heather Simmons announced that 100 employers will be attending the upcoming Job Fair at Rowan College of Gloucester County on Friday, March 24 from 9 a.m. to noon. The event is free and parking is free. The event will be held in the RCGC gymnasium, 1400 Tanyard Road, Sewell.

“We have held workshops for job seekers to prepare their resumes and sharpen their interview skills,” Damminger said. “Now it is time for the hiring to happen. We are seeing so many different types of employers and job types that there is something for nearly every skill set and skill level.”

“This event is a great opportunity to network and meet with employers that are currently hiring. The county’s Department of Economic Development has created a great rapport with the business community and they are enthusiastic about the Job Fair and hiring county residents,” Simmons, liaison to Economic Development said. “The Mega Job Fair is run very efficiently and can help job seekers navigate their way to the types of jobs they are looking for. Job seekers should be dressed for success, have copies of their resumes and be ready to interview.”

Job seekers are encouraged to register at www.gcwdb.org, or call (856) 384–6963.
