ChainPlus Summit Blockchain Conference Summary
Hello GMB Community! We recently attended the ChainPlus Summit Blockchain Conference, organized by Chainers and MTN, as a sponsor and it was a huge success.
The venue was at Yongsan Dragon City Hotel in Seoul and it was held from January 23rd to 24th. Other well-known exchanges, such as Bitsonic and BTCC Korea, also participated in the conference. Many teams from all over the world attended the summit and we had the opportunity to talk with so many influential people.
Our team ran a booth during the two days along with the BW.com team. Unfortunately, the BW.com team could not attend due to another conference that they had to attend in Switzerland.
As we mentioned in a previous story, BW.com is an exchange that is currently the 14th largest exchange on CoinMarketCap (Based on Jan 28, 2019). Since 2013, they’ve been running a real mining pool, and coin miners have been mining and trading on their platforms ever since. BW.com is also in a strategic partnership with China’s largest exchange, ZB.com.
During this conference, our other partner, Blockchain Today, participated as a media sponsor. Jefferson Kim, GMB’s CEO, was featured on the cover of January’s issue and detailed information about GMB Platform was also written inside the magazine in English, Korean, Chinese, and Japanese.
Seong Kee Kim, GMB’s CTO, unfortunately couldn’t attend the conference either due to the development on the Testnet kept him busy. However, we did show his blockchain informational videos on for those who visited our booth to view.
Many GMB supporters and conference attendees visited the booth and showed their interest. Including investors, many people in the blockchain industry were interested in the GMB Project.
