Web Team Update: React.js in the White Mountains offsite edition

Our web team is currently in the process of moving towards using React and Redux js libraries for front end development. After discussing ways to get everyone up to speed we decided on a series of intro to React and Redux / Flux architecture meetings with the team leading up to a weekend at a cabin in the white mountains NH. We wanted a way to get some real world experience using the libraries and we got to spend a few days at the cabin bringing to life our most complex UI component React with Redux.

Dubbed “React Cabin” our two day outing with 5 developers, 1 cabin with a huge patio and hot tub and 100 pounds of food (slight exaggeration) was a big success and we had a great time collaborating and working through some problems with a little help from the internet. Check out some pictures below.
