We Are Remote Nation

Remote Year is made up of an insanely diverse group of people. Our remotes come from over 30 nationalities and range from 23 to 64 in age. We are a mix of designers, developers, consultants, writers, freelancers, lawyers, pharmacists, entrepreneurs, marketers, analysts, therapists, translators, photographers, teachers, and storytellers. We are about half men and half women, and all have unique experiences in traveling and working remotely.

We are introverts, extroverts, ambiverts, foodies, adrenaline junkies, museum nerds, and yoga enthusiasts. We do book clubs, food crawls, wine tastings, hiking expeditions, coding workshops and reggaeton classes.

We aprender Español, volunteer, learn to cook local cuisine, and learn to tango (badly). We are flexible, adaptable, spontaneous and embrace the detours.

We would rather have a passport full of stamps than a house full of stuff. And we would rather be inspired by new people and cultures every day than trapped in the daily grind for the rest of our lives.
