Case: A dashboard for loyalty

A Concept Sprint with LoyaltyOne in Toronto, Canada

As data is the key driver behind loyalty strategy recommendations, LoyaltyOne required a platform to easily identify and consume insights from client data.

The challenge

How can we visualize raw client data and standardize analytics to ultimately allow a consultant to easily look up data on the client and drill down on specific visualizations?

Our approach

We ran a 5-day Concept Sprint Original at their office in Toronto. Working together with multiple departments and actual clients.

Our solution

A clear dashboard with easy-to-use analytics tools for consultants to explore client data, find opportunities and present insights. Allowing for short lead times for initial setup and reducing the need for advanced analytics capacity to do repeatable analytics work.
