Some brands have the luxury that their (limited edition) products receive so much hype that they sell out at launch. Adidas wanted to find a solution to satisfy customer demands in such times of high pressure. And to utilize that moment to gather relevant data.

The challenge

How do we build a secure, scalable and simple hype solution which brings limited inventory products directly to real customers?

Our approach

We ran a 5-day Concept Sprint Original in Amsterdam. Including an international team of marketers, supply chain specialists and technical staff.

Our solution

A social campaign on Instagram to convince fans to register and build a profile for early access to new product launches. With smart triggers to enhance profile quality and a clever ranking mechanism to fuel a lottery. A unique concept in the online retail space.
