Sungevity Nederland has an ambitious goal: initiating a true rooftop revolution by making solar energy the easiest and most inspiring source of energy. When we started working with them, their customer journey for onboarding was no longer in line with customer expectations. It was lagging behind its competitors and was both expensive and difficult to scale.
How can we re-imagine the customer journey so that it meets the needs of the customer, while being scalable and profitable for Sungevity?
We ran a 5-day Concept Sprint Original at their office in Amsterdam. A Sprint with all bells and whistles, from sketching and storyboarding to prototyping and validation with recent customers.
A seamless online customer journey where the customer has the freedom to choose how he will be served with incentives to complete the journey online, but optionally request a call or a home visit if so desired.
