The Real Estate market is ripe for disruption and has long needed a shake-up, and an injection of investment and technology to drag it into modern times. Spotting this opportunity, Real Estate Technology players (or PropTech if you prefer) are using technology to disrupt and improve the way we buy, rent, sell, design, construct and manage residential and commercial property.


ATLANT is addressing two of the most pertinent problems in real estate with its decentralized blockchain platform: Tokenized Ownership (listing of real estate tokens representing shares in individual real estate assets and their liquid trading in a transparent and orderly market with price discovery) and global P2P Rentals (significantly reduced fees for both the tenant and lessor & minimized possibility of fake reviews and forged ratings, which plagues existing centralized services such as Airbnb and Booking).
