店のオーナーさんはニューオリンズで生まれ育ち、子供の時から料理に興味があってその道一筋に頑張ってこられました。この度、日本で念願の店を開くことができました。そのおかげで飛行機に乗らなくても、アメリカの有名な味を試すことができます。
皆さん、ニューオリンズの食べ物のイメージはどうですか？ジャンバラヤ、ガンボー、カットフィッシュなど、日本ではなかなか見つからないメニューだ。
