10 COMMANDMENTS BINDING FOR EVER AND EVER!
And he declared unto you HIS COVENANT,which he commanded you to perform,even 10 Commandments:and HE WROTE THEM UPON TWO TABLES OF STONE.(Deuteronomy 4:13).
And THE LORD spoke all these words,saying, 2. I AM THE LORD YOUR GOD,who brought you out of the land of Egypt,out of the house of bondage,3.You shall HAVE NO OTHER gods BEFORE ME.(Commandment No. 1). 4.You shall not make unto yourself any graven image,or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above,or that is in the earth beneath,or that is in the water under the earth:5. You shall not bow yourself to them,or serve them:for I THE LORD YOUR GOD AM A JEALOUS GOD,visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation that hate me.6. And showing mercy unto thousands of them that love me,and keep my commandments.(commandment No. 2). 7. You shall not take the name of THE LORD YOUR GOD in vain:for THE LORD will not hold him guiltless that takes his name in vain. (commandment No. 3). 8. Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy.9. Six days you shall labor,and do all your work. 10. But the seventh day is the Sabbath of THE LORD YOUR GOD:in it you,nor your son,nor your daughter,your manservant,nor your maidservant,nor your cattle,nor your stranger that is within your gates: 11. For in six days THE LORD MADE HEAVEN,and EARTH,the SEA,and ALL THAT IN THEM,and RESTED the 7th day:wherefore THE LORD BLESSED the sabbath day,and HALLOWED it.(commandment No. 4). 12. Honour your father and mother that your days may be long upon the land which THE LORD YOUR GOD gives you. (commandment No. 5). 13. You shall not kill.(commandment No. 6). 14. You shall not commit adultery.(commandment No. 7). 15. You shall not steal.(commandment No. 8). 16. You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor. (commandment No. 9). 17.You shall not covet your neighbor’s house,you shall not covet your neighbor’s wife,nor his manservant nor maidservant,nor his ass,nor any thing that is your neighbor’s.(commandment No. 10).(Exodus 20:1–17).
And the temple of GOD was opened in heaven,and there was seen in his temple THE ARK OF THE COVENANT:and there were lightnings,and voices,and thunderings,and an earthquake,and great hail.(Revelation 11:19).
And I turned myself and came down from the mount,and PUT THE TABLES IN THE ARK which I had made,and there they be as THE LORD commanded me.(Deuteronomy 10:5).
There was nothing IN THE ARK save THE TWO TABLES OF STONE,which Moses put there at Horeb,when THE LORD MADE A COVENANT with the children of Israel,when they came out of Egypt.(1Kings 8:9).
And you shall put the mercy seat upon THE ARK;and IN THE ARK YOU SHALL PUT THE TESTIMONY that I SHALL GIVE YOU.(Exodus 25:21).
And he gave unto Moses,when he had made an end of communing with him upon mount Sinai,TWO TABLES OF TESTIMONY,TABLES OF STONE, WRITTEN WITH THE FINGER OF GOD.
Whosoever commits sin transgresses also THE LAW:for SIN IS THE TRANSGRESSION OF THE LAW.(1John 3:4).
Wherefore THE LAW is HOLY,and THE COMMANDMENT HOLY,and JUST and GOOD.(Romans 7:12).
Here is THE PATIENCE OF THE SAINTS:here are they that KEEP THE COMMANDMENTS OF GOD,and THE FAITH OF JESUS CHRIST.(Revelation 14:12).
BLESSED ARE THEY THAT DO HIS COMMANDMENTS,that they may have A RIGHT TO THE TREE OF LIFE,and may ENTER IN through the gates into the NEW JERUSALEM CITY.(Revelation 22:14).
And it came to pass,when Moses had made an end of writing the words of this law in a book,until they were finished,25. Then Moses commanded the Levites,who note the ark of the covenant of THE LORD,saying.26. Take THIS BOOK OF THE LAW PUT IT IN THE SIDE OF THE ARK OF THE COVENANT of THE LORD YOUR GOD, that it may be there for a witness against you.(Deuteronomy 31:24–26).
And it shall be the prince’s part to give burnt offerings,and meat offerings,and drink offerings,in the feasts,and in the new moons,and in the Sabbath days,in all solemnities of the house of Israel:he shall prepare the sin offering,and the meat offering, and the burnt offering,and the peace offerings,TO MAKE RECONCILIATION FOR THE HOUSE OF ISRAEL.(Ezekiel 45:17).
An altar of earth you shall make unto me,and shall sacrifice therein your burnt offerings,and your peace offerings,your sheep,and your oxen: in all places where I record my name I will come unto you,and I will bless you.(Exodus 20:24).
Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us;which was contrary to us,and took it out of the way,NAILING IT TO HIS CROSS;15.And having spoiled principalities and powers,he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it.16.Let no man therefore judge you in IN MEAT,OR IN DRINK,or in respect of A HOLY DAY,or of THE NEW MOON,or of THE SABBATH DAYS:17.Which ARE A SHADOW OF THINGS TO COME; but the body is of CHRIST.(Colossians 2:14–17).
This is THE COVENANT that I will make with them after those days,said THE LORD,I WILL PUT MY LAWS INTO THEIR HEARTS,AND IN THEIR MINDS WILL I WRITE THEM;(Hebrews 10:16).
But this SHALL BE THE COVENANT that I will make with the house of Israel;after those days,said THE LORD,I WILL PUT MY LAW IN THEIR INWARD PARTS,AND WRITE THEM IN THEIR HEARTS,and will BE THEIR GOD,AND THEY SHALL BE MY PEOPLE. And they shall reach no more every man his neighbor; and every man his brother,saying,Know THE LORD:for THEY SHALL KNOW ME FROM THE LEAST OF THEM UNTO THE GREATEST OF THEM said THE LORD:for I WILL FORGIVE THEIR INIQUITY,AND I WILL REMEMBER THEIR SIN NO MORE.(Jeremiah 31:33–34).
Then Verily the first covenant had also ordinances of divine service,and a wordly sanctuary.2.For there was a tabernacle made;the first wherein was the candlestick,and the table,and the shewbread;which is called the sanctuary. (Hebrews 9:1–2).
But into the second went the high priest alone once every year,not without blood,which he offered for himself,and for the errors of the people:8. The Holy Spirit this signifying that the way into the holiest of all was not yet made manifest,while as the first the Tabernacle was yet standing.9. Which was a figure for the time then present,in which were offered both gifts and sacrifices, that could not make him that did the service perfect, as pertaining to the conscience:10. Which stood only in meats and drinks,and divers washings and carnal ordinances, imposed on them until the time of reformation. 11. But CHRIST being come AN HIGH PRIEST of good things to come,BY A GREATER AND MORE PERFECT TABERNACLE,NOT MADE WITH HANDS,that is to say,not of this building:12. Neither by the blood of goats and calves,but BY HIS OWN BLOOD HE ENTERED ONCE INTO THE HOLY PLACE,HAVING OBTAINED ETERNAL REDEMPTION FOR US. 13. For if the blood of bulls and of goats,and the ashes of an heifer sprinkling the unclean,sanctifies to the purifying of the flesh:14. HOW MUCH MORE SHALL THE BLOOD OF CHRIST,who through THE ETERNAL SPIRIT OFFERED HIMSELF WITHOUT SPOT TO GOD,PURGE YOUR CONSCIENCE FROM DEAD WORKS TO SERVE THE LIVING GOD?(Hebrews 9:7–14).
You observe ,days,and months,and times,and years. 11.I am afraid of you,lest I have bestowed upon you labour in vain.(Galatians 4:10–11).
What comes out clear is that the meat offerings, drink offerings,burnt offerings,peace offerings,feasts and sabbaths referred to in Ezekiel 45:17;Colossians 2:16 and Hebrews 9:9,10,12 all refer to the handwriting of ordinances that was against us that were NAILED ON THE CROSS.
