Mr James Lee, 6 Dan, Vice President of Singapore Weiqi Association (SWA), Singapore National Youth Team Coach and Mr Daniel Chan, 4 Dan, Director of The Go Academy (TGA) have agreed to mentor the young co-founder team of God of Go in their venture to boost the development of Weiqi education through the use of blockchain technology.
Both of the mentors have been teaching Johan Nguyen, CEO and Co-founder of God of Go for more than 6 years in TGA and SWA.
With the help from Mr James and Mr Daniel, God of Go will be contributing and helping the development of Weiqi in Singapore and in the region.
First event that God of Go will support is the South East Asia Go Congress in Singapore, from 15th to 22nd December 2019 at Asian Civilisations Museum, Singapore, where there will be virtual competition using God of Go Alpha Version with prizes in God of Go T-shirts and Go Token (GOT). Johan Nguyen will also participate in this event as Singapore National Youth Team.
