With that said, here are some healthy quick & easy ideas packed with flavour and energy to power you through the day.

Breakfast 🍳

It’s the most important meal of the day and a perfect time to consume a lot of healthy carbohydrates before going on-site.

This easy DIY fruity oatmeal cereal from Jamie Oliver will only take you 10 minutes.

  • Dried fruit, such as sultanas, raisins, dried apricots
  • Mixed unsalted nuts, such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts
  • Mixed seeds, such as pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, poppy
  • Oats (rolled or instant will do)
  • Ground cinnamon (optional)
  • Milk or natural yoghurt to mix

Lunch 🍲

When you’re rushing all day, it can be hard to have a healthy lunch. This is why people LOVE to pack lunch in a mason jar.
