Dr Pepper Makes College Dreams Come True

Today, Dr Pepper performed an incredible act of kindness: they donated $65,000 to 14 campaigns on GoFundMe as part of their annual Dr Pepper Tuition Giveaway.

Dr Pepper helped each of these campaigns hit their respective fundraising goals. For Jonah of Ithaca, New York, the donation means realizing the dream of finishing his degree at Cornell University. Brazilian-born Lhias will now be able to complete her bachelor’s degree in nursing. Check out all of the other inspiring campaigns they’ve donated to here.

Every day, I am inspired by the personal stories and generosity from friends, family, and communities coming together to support one another on GoFundMe. I’m thrilled to see a great company like Dr Pepper join in and demonstrate the impact we can make together.

Dr Pepper has a history of generosity and providing tuition support. It has awarded over $7 million in tuition since 2008. This is the first year that Dr Pepper has participated in crowdfunding to allocate a portion of the funds.
