This Lunar New Year, Gold House is partnering with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to drive awareness for API brands contributing to a cure for childhood cancer.

From now until February 12th (Lunar New Year), alumni of Gold House’s accelerator program, Gold Rush, are encouraging donations to St. Jude, the leading organization in the fight against childhood cancer. Participating brands include AshaPops, Asian American Girl Club, Capsule®, Covry Eyewear, Eggloo, Neuro, Nimble Made, and Nona Lim, and each has enabled customers to donate at checkout to St. Jude.

Along with our Gold Rush alumni, API champions and Gold House members like Olympic gold medalist speed skater Apolo Ohno, creator of 9to5chic Anh Sundstrom, and others are spotlighting these efforts. Says Ohno, who is also an entrepreneur, “Gold House has been a tremendous champion for our community, and I’m happy to support their efforts in raising the visibility of Asian American entrepreneurs. It’s even more rewarding that the benefits of this campaign are supporting the amazing work St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital does to help end childhood cancer.”

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is a humanitarian effort supported by millions of Americans united in their desire to help end childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. For nearly five decades, St. Jude has enabled families to never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing, or food. At Gold House, we’re proud to support St. Jude this Lunar New Year and hope you’ll join us in simultaneously celebrating API prosperity.
