Donald Trump acquitted

For reasons that have nothing to do with whether he is guilty or not, former president Donald Trump has been acquitted during his second impeachment trial.
The best America can hope for at this point as far as getting justice for the failed violent coup attempt Trump inspired is for him to be locked up for another crime down the road.
At this point, it’s entirely possible Trump will run again in 2024 and wreak more havoc on the country. Here’s hoping if he tries he’ll do so as a convicted felon and that some point he’ll finally be held accountable by the American justice system.
