How to sync the purchase of the Creator plan between iPhone, iPad and Mac

PLEASE NOTE: This guide is intended for users who have purchased the Creator plan from the iOS app (version 3.3.1 or earlier) or macOS app (version 3.3.1 or earlier).

If you purchased the plan from Gooba for iOS (version 3.3.2 or later) or from Gooba for macOS (version 3.3.2 or later), simply click on the ‘Restore purchases’ button from the plan purchase card. If you have problems, contact us here.

Our app for macOS has just been released and, like many users, you will have asked yourself if you should have bought the Creator plan on the Mac app again, to take advantage of all the features of Gooba. The answer is no.
Unfortunately Apple does not allow to automatically synchronize in-app purchases made through the App Store or Mac App Store. But thanks to your Gooba account you will be able to restore the purchase also on Mac, for free.

Before proceeding, make sure everything is set up:

  • Make sure both devices (iOS and macOS) are connected to the internet
  • Make sure both devices (iOS and macOS) have the same Gooba account

If you purchased the plan from the iOS app:

Open Gooba on your iOS device and log out of your account
• Log in again
• Click on the “Update” button
• Click on the “Restore purchases” button.

After that:
Open Gooba on your Mac
• Click on the “Update” button
• Click on the “Restore purchases” button.

If you purchased the plan from the macOS app:

Open Gooba on your Mac and log out of your account
• Log in again
• Click on the “Update” button
• Click on the “Restore purchases” button.

After that:
Open Gooba on your iOS device
• Click on the “Update” button
• Click on the “Restore purchases” button.
