2018 Ford Aspire launching on October 4
Ford India will be launching the Aspire facelift on October 4th, 2018. This compact sedan will receive few updates to the interior and exterior.
On the front, it gets a chrome grille with redesigned headlamps and C-shaped fog lamp housings with chrome accents. The redesigned bumper with chrome highlights are the changes to the rear end. The top-end variants get the new 15-inch alloy wheels.
On the inside, it comes with a new dashboard with a touchscreen infotainment system, a push start-stop button. The dual-tone interiors are carried over to the facelift version.
The Aspire shares the Ford Freestyle’s powertrain options — a 1.2L 3 cylinder 95 HP petrol and 5-speed MT or a 1.5L 4 cylinder 100 HP diesel and 5-speed MT. In addition, the Aspire borrows the 1.5L 120 HP 3-cylinder petrol engine from the Ford Ecosport and it’s 6-speed Torque Converter Automatic transmission.
