5th generation Honda CR-V likely to be launched in October

Reports from media suggest that Honda is likely to launch the 5th gen CR-V in India on October 9th 2018. This new CR-V made its international debut almost Two years ago. As there is no clear information on the features, we have made a guess on what would be on offer with this new CR-V based on the reports.

The front side could be offered with a chrome grille LED headlights & LED DRLs and LED fog lamps. L-shaped tail lights and a dual-tone bumper integrated with reflectors could be the changes for the rear.

We expect the SUV to be equipped with redesigned dashboard with a touchscreen infotainment system with navigation, Apple CarPlay & Android Auto, a digital instrument cluster, 3-spoke multi function steering wheel and power panoramic sunroof. Honda is likely to offer AWD and Paddle Shifters for the diesel version.

The Indian Spec could be offered with a 2L, 4-cylinder petrol and a 1.6-Litre, 4-cylinder turbocharged diesel. The former is rated at 154 BHP and the later at 120 BHP.
