Datsun GO and GO+ facelift launched in India

Datsun has launched the facelift version of GO and GO+ in India at a starting price of INR 3.29 lacs and INR 3.83 lacs respectively. Both these models have been updated with new features. Two new colors are available — Sunstone Brown in the Go+ and Amber Orange in the Go.

Exterior updates to both the models are the Identical. It includes a new front bumper integrated with vertical LED DRLS, new Hawk-Eye headlamps, new Hexagon front grille with chrome surrounds and Body coloured ORVMs, bumpers & door handles. Datsun also offers the new GO and GO+ with 14-inch 5-spoke Diamond cut Alloy wheels in the top variant.

Datsun offers Premium Dual-tone interiors for the GO+ and Sporty Urbane theme interiors for the GO. The GO facelift gets black fabric seat upholstery, black instrument panel, front room lamp, faux carbon fiber fixtures, silver accents on the C-Cluster, door handles, AC & steering wheel. The GO+ facelift comes with fabric seat upholstery, front room lamp, silver accents on the steering wheel, door handles & AC and instrument panel.

Features offered include a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Google Map Navigation, Voice Recognition, Bluetooth connectivity, HD Video Playback, USB & Aux-in and 2 front speakers. Other features include Electrically adjustable ORVMs, Power Outlet, Follow-Me-Home Headlamps and Electric operated Power Steering.

Standard Safety features offered in the GO and GO+ facelift includes Dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, Brake Assist, Rear parking sensors, Immobilizer and Central Locking.

The GO facelift measures 3788 mm in length, 1636 mm in width and 1507 mm in height with a wheelbase of 2450 mm. The GO+ facelift measures 3995 mm in length, 1636 in width and 1507 mm in height with a wheelbase of 2450 mm. Both the models have a ground clearance of 180 mm. Boot space of the GO measures 265 litres while that of GO+ measures 347 litres (with the 3rd row folded).

Datsun offers both the models with the same engines — a Naturally Aspirated 1.2-litre, 3-cylindered, petrol producing 68 HP and 104 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a 5-speed MT and returns 19.83 kmpl (ARAI certified).
