Isuzu MU-X facelift launched in India at INR 26,26,842

Isuzu MU-X facelift has been launched in India at an ex-showroom price (Hyderabad) of INR 26,26,842 for the 4x2 variant and INR 28,22,959 for the 4x4 variant. The SUV comes with exterior updates and more features.

On the outside, it features the new Bi-LED auto-levelling projector headlamps with LED DRLs, dual-tone front bumper with chrome highlights and fog lamps at the front. The rear end updates include new bumper and taillights. The SUV also gets a dual-tone roof spoiler and new 18-inch Diamond-cut alloy wheels.

The interior features a black dashboard with silver accents around the centre console, a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Lava Black premium leather upholstery and a 3-spoke multi-function steering wheel. Auto climate control, electrically adjustable ORVMs, electrically adjustable driver seat, shark fin antenna and cruise control are the other features offered in the SUV.

ABS with EBD, Brake Assist, ESC, hill start assist, hill decent control, ISOFIX child seat anchors and 6 airbags are the standard safety features available.

There are no mechanical changes to the MU-X facelift. It is powered by the same 3-litre, 4-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine, rated at 174 BHP and 380 NM of torque. The engine comes with a 5-speed AT. Isuzu also offers the shift-on-the-fly 4WD system.

The new MU-X competes with the Toyota Fortuner and Ford Endeavour.
