Maruti Celerio facelift launched in India

Maruti Celerio facelift has been launched in India with 12 variants which includes AMT and CNG variants.

The hatchback has got slight cosmetic changes which includes modified front grille with fog lamp housing and redesigned front & rear bumper. On the inside, the cabin gets a black & greige dual-tone theme with patterned fabric seat covers. The center console and the side air-con vent gets silver highlights.

Driver side airbag and seat belt reminder are available as standards across all the variants, while ABS and front passenger side airbag are optional. It also complies with the pedestrian, offset and side impact regulations.

It is powered by a 1L, 3-cylinder petrol engine developing 67 BHP @ 6,000 rpm & 90 Nm of peak torque @ 3,500 rpm, which is paired with either a 5-speed manual transmission or an AMT. Only the Vxi, Vxi (O), Zxi and Zxi (O) variants gets the AMT option.
