Maruti Suzuki Ciaz to be moved to NEXA

A teaser image has been released by Maruti Suzuki, indicating the Ciaz’s move to the NEXA dealerships. However, the specific date has not been revealed yet. Currently, the Ciaz is being sold through regular Maruti dealerships.

NEXA based Ciaz’s will come in 5 variants which includes 4 regular NEXA variants — Sigma, Delta, Zeta & Alpha, and the new Sport (S).

The switch doesn’t result in any mechanical changes. Thus, Ciaz will continue to come with the 1.4L petrol engine & the 1.3L diesel engine. While the petrol version of Delta, Zeta and Alpha variants gets a 4-speed AT option, the diesel gets only a 5-speed manual gearbox.
