Maruti working on the Celerio Cross

Maruti has started working on the Celerio facelift, which is expected to come with slight changes. This could be the next model to get a refresh after the S-Cross facelift.

This facelift is expected to get the Smartplay infotainment system. The company is also working on a rugged variant of the Celerio, which will get additional body cladding across its lower-body (which was showcased at the Auto Expo 2016). It is likely to come with larger alloy wheels and roof rails.

Mechanically, the Celerio facelift is expected to continue with the same 1L petrol engine. It is likely to be launched in the coming months.
