Mercedes-Benz GLA facelift will be launched in India on 5th July 2017.

Some changes have been made to the exterior which include a new front grille with chain-like chrome elements, revised bumpers with a bigger air dam, new set of alloy wheels, full LED headlamps and revised LED tail lights.

A new 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, revised seat upholstery and slightly changed instrument cluster. Otherwise the interior remains similar to the current model.

Globally the facelift version is offered with features like Active Brake Assist, electric tailgate with motion detection (can be opened/closed with a foot gesture) and a 360-degree parking camera with bird’s eye view. It is not clear whether these features will be offered in the Indian model.

A 2L, 4-cylinder petrol and 2.1L, 4-cylinder diesel is likely to be offered. These engines will be paired with a 7-speed dual clutch transmission.
