Tata Harrier bookings now open!

Tata Motors today officially announced the opening of bookings for its upcoming SUV, the Tata Harrier for an amount of INR 30,000/-.

The Harrier is the first SUV from Tata under its Impact 2.0 Design language based on the Omega Architechture derived from Land Rover’s legendary D8 that underpins 1 million SUVs world wide. The exterior is expected to be stylish and the interiors loaded with top of the line features. The 5 seater SUV gets a Fiat sourced 2.0 L Diesel engine that makes around 140 HP. Tata has branded the engine as “Kyrotec”. The engine is likely to be paired with a 6 speed manual tranmission and a Hyundai sourced 6 speed automatic transmission.

Market launch of the Harrier is expected in early 2019 followed by the 7 seater version of the same in 2020. More info to follow later.
