🍢🍶到福井嚐秋吉串燒原味 Go to Fukui having the original Yakitori kusiyaki grilled skewers

1959年創業的「串燒名門秋吉」,台灣有分店,但在台灣吃,跟在日本吃日式串燒,還是有差別。

Yakitori Akiyoshi is a chain store. There’re few branches in Taiwan.

But I can tell you it’s different to eat these Japanese grilled skewers in Taiwan and Japan.

福井站前店在價格上,低得讓人吃驚:

To eat Yakitori in Fukui was cheaper than I thought.

雞肉串燒每份五小串,依部位不同從日幣260到335,價格區間每份台幣72到93間,店售溫清酒每盅490日幣,約台幣135元。

The prices of these Japanese kebabs dishes are from USD.2.36–3.04. And one small pot of sake costs only USD.4.45

而最大特色,還是店內氛圍,晚餐時間走進秋吉串燒福井站前店,那種喧嘩與熱絡的氣氛,感染力超強,好像不陪這些日本上班族盡興,就說不過去一樣。

But the atmosphere inside the restaurant impressed me most.

It seemed that you had to order more dishes or alcohol drinks before you left. If you drank or ate a little, you could have a bad feeling that you owed something to this exciting atmosphere.

我們旁邊有位西裝畢挺老紳士,在我們坐下前,紅紅的臉顯示他已獨酌一段時間,面前也擺著喝完的兩小盅清酒,看到我們點菜後,似乎被激勵,也加點一大杯生啤,與兩份雞肉串燒。

As we were sitting next to an old suited gentleman, he seemed very happy to see new companies. As we ordered our dishes & sake, he seemed to be encouraged to order more.

但新端上的生啤酒,他只喝兩口,就要求結帳,在他搖晃走向門口途中,他新加點的串燒才上桌,看他醉態畢露走出去,侍者也不以為意,習以為常地對我們聳聳肩,把他的串燒丟進廚餘桶。

But in the end, he was so drunken that he couldn’t finish his drinks and dishes.

As his dishes kept coming, he didn’t eat any of them. He paid & almost couldn’t keep his balance to walk out the door.

And the waiter just shrugged his shoulders and trashed his dishes.

而屋內氣氛依舊高昂,加點酒肉之聲此起彼落。

The exciting atmosphere of the restaurant didn’t changed a bit after the old drunken gentleman was gone.

這是一個奇妙的時刻,兩個旅客暫時闖入日本上班族互相乾杯的世界。

It’s a magical moment that two tourists bumped into the happy drunken world after Japanese got off work.
