似乎台灣每個地方都有碗叫「古早麵」的麵,而「古早」兩字,其實承載了很多過去。

過貓沙拉,充分顯現了埔里地區過貓的品質,菜嫩而充滿香氣。

埔里地區餐廳大量採用的紹興酒蛋跟紹興酒香腸,跟其他小菜比起來,反倒顯得平淡無奇了。
