🚃 台鐵 焢肉 便當 🍱 開箱 Stewed Pork with Rice Lunchbox Bento from Taiwan Railway Taipei Station
嚐試台鐵除排骨口味以外便當，是「既期待又怕受傷害」，因為趕車途中，大部份選台鐵排骨便當，不是因為這款便當特別好吃，而是口味最安全。
To try out the new flavor lunchbox bento of Taiwan Railway is a process with fear that you didn’t know whether it’s good or bad.
I would buy the pork chop bento instead of others as I was afraid that they couldn’t cook the other dished well.
2019版的台鐵焢肉便當，有三點值得稱讚：
2019 version Stewed Pork with Rice Lunchbox Bento from Taiwan Railway Taipei Station, there are three good things worthy of praise about:
一、兩道炒青菜取代漬菜，鹹度剛好；
Two fried green vegetables replace the pickles and both of them seasoned well.
二、主菜焢肉，燉肉火侯適中，沒有燉到太爛、保持肉質彈性；
Stewed pork is moderate, not stewed too soft, keep meaty and elastic.
三、筷子品質有明顯改進。
Chopsticks quality is significantly improved.
另外，有兩點需要改進：
Besides, there are two things about this bento that need to be improved.
一、便當盒品質不佳，撐不到吃完便當，便當盒左右兩側邊都快要垮掉；
The quality of the lunch box is bad that both sides of the box could crack down before you finished your meal.
二、作為配菜的油豆腐，淡而無味。
Stewed tofu was awful.
近年來，便當成為台鐵主要獲利來源，期待台鐵做得更好。
The lunchbox has become a major source of profit for the Taiwan Railway and should be done better.
