🥪🚅小田急浪漫特快上的「泰明軒」豬排三明治 Fried Pork Sandwich by Taimenken on the Odakyu Railway Train
在日本鐵道旅行幾次後，悟出兩個要訣：
After a couple of Japanese Railway trips, I figured out two important tips:
1.針對即將搭車的車站，有什麼好吃鐵路便當，事先做好功課，提前買好；1.For the upcoming ride station, which ekiben(Lunchbox) is the best, do your homework in advance, bought in advance.2.上車前，務必在便利商店先買好酒與飲料。2.Before you get in, be sure to buy some good beers and drinks at a convenience store.
但為了趕上小田急線浪漫特快，完全沒時間遵守以上兩個要訣，只好乖乖跟車上服務小姐買飲食。
However, in order to catch up with the romantic express on the Odakyu Line, there is no time to abide by the above two requirements.
藍色的小田急線浪漫特快，從新宿到小田原車上，發現一種豬排三明治，價格不比鐵路便當便宜，盒上寫著「泰明軒」第三代主廚茂出木浩司的豬排三明治。
I discovered a pork chop sandwich served on Odakyu express from Shinjuku to Odawara that’s not cheap than the railway lunchbox.

「泰明軒」，就是那家為名導演伊丹十三電影《蒲公英》特製「浦公英蛋包飯」的東京日本橋老牌西餐名店。
“Taimenken” is the famous restaurant in Tokyo which cooked the “Tampopo Omelette Rice” for the famous director Juzo Itami.
打開一看，圓圓的土司，包裹著厚切豬排，外觀質樸並不驚人。
When you look at it, the round toast, wrapped in thick cut pork chop, is not surprisingly pristine in appearance.
輕輕咬下時，柔軟的土司散發淡淡清香，與豬排接觸的一面，薄薄的醬汁有濃郁的番茄高湯香，雖然豬排不是現炸，肉質還是吃得出事先拍打與醃製的功夫。
