首先,這款清酒米粉牛奶戚風蛋糕,不但只在日本Lawson便利商店販售,還限定只在日本的關東、甲信、新瀉(飯田區除外)區域販售,想要一嚐這款蛋糕,還得搭配旅遊行程區域。

這款蛋糕集合三種日本重要的地區性食材:新瀉縣的米粉、佐渡牛乳,以及真野鶴酒廠的本釀造清酒。
新瀉縣米粉不用多說了,新瀉縣是日本白米與米酒最佳產地,用新瀉縣的米製造的米果,都讓人舌底回味再三。
佐渡牛乳來自日本知名佐渡乳業,牛奶香濃度也不在話下。
重點來了,這款清酒米粉牛奶戚風蛋糕最大賣點,是採用了真野鶴酒廠的本釀造清酒融合佐渡牛乳來製做戚風蛋糕,讓上層鮮奶油不膩口,嚐來有清酒的淡淡酒香,但清酒用量又恰到好處,讓即使不飲酒的甜點愛好者也能輕鬆食用。
