每季根據館方策展的展覽品,推出當季限定「結合藝術品甜點」套餐,就是這家寶麗美術館內咖啡廳的絕招。

2018年春季,「曲調」咖啡廳,依館內開放參觀的法國印象派館藏,克勞德・莫內1907年畫作《睡蓮》,推出了同名甜品「睡蓮」。

結合各色莓果、寒天的甜點上桌,服務人員刻意請你稍待,接著從旁邊準備好的冰桶,取出冰鎮的粉紅氣泡酒,緩緩注入粉紅氣泡酒,頓時這碗甜湯立即在粉紅氣泡酒與碗內食材的交互作用下,呈現彩色繽紛的微氣泡狀態,一時之間,還真不知該吃還是該看。
